Synopsis
From appointing a resident grievance officer to releasing its first compliance report ─ Twitter has toed the government’s line eventually on new IT rules. Amid all this, the Centre’s top leadership concerning the IT industry has also changed. Will this put an end to Twitter’s problems? For that matter, is Twitter ready to work in that direction?
