Cereals manufacturer Kellogg’s recently announced it will provide more support to workers experiencing menopause, pregnancy loss or fertility treatment. Measures will include paid leave and communication training for managers.
Experts say more awareness is needed in this area to help change policies within governments and at workplaces.
