Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced another series of financial sanctions targeting 25 Russian military figures and four entities involved in the sale of weapons.
Mr Morrison has accused Russia of launching a “brutal” and “unprovoked” military invasion on Ukraine, reiterating support for the government in Kyiv.
The Federal Government believes as many as 1,400 Australians remain in Ukraine and is urging them to leave as soon as possible and seek diplomatic assistance if required.
