KABUL — At least one person was injured as a blast rocked the Police District 15 of the Afghan capital Kabul on Sunday, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran confirmed.

BANGKOK — Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Commerce Minister Jurin Laksanavisit called for enhanced efforts from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) economies to respond to future crises and achieve better and more inclusive economic growth in the region.
